These Mori Terms of Service (“Terms”), which include consent to electronic communications, govern your access to and use of services provided by Mori, an end-of-life planning app and website operated by HealthComplyAi (“Mori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These services include the Mori website located at mymori.ai, the Mori mobile application, and any other services provided by Mori (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and the mobile application at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. If we have your email on file, we will also notify you of material changes to the Terms by email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. Please ensure we have your current email address so you will receive notice of any material changes. If you disagree with the proposed changes, you should discontinue your use of the Services before the effective date of the changes. If you continue using the Services after the effective date, you will be bound by the updated Terms.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services or become a user, you must create an account via the Mori mobile app. You must provide accurate and complete information for your account and update it as needed. You are responsible for protecting your account username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to your failure to protect your account or personal information.
Fees and Payments
Mori charges a fee for access to certain features of the Services (the “Subscription Fee”). The Subscription Fee may be modified by Mori from time to time. You agree to make the payment using your chosen payment method. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method the Subscription Fee at the time of initial payment and each renewal until you cancel. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Services until the end of your then-current subscription period, but you will not be eligible for a prorated refund.
Free Trials and Other Promotions
Any trial or promotion that provides full or partial access to the Services is available only to individuals 18 years of age or over within the specified time period. Trials are only for the trial users’ personal use and may not be shared or resold. If you do not wish to continue as a paid user after the trial, you must cancel your trial plan before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged the Subscription Fee.
Termination of Service Use
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by not using the Services any longer. If you wish to terminate your plan, please follow the cancellation instructions provided. We may terminate the Services or your use of the Services at any time for any reason by notifying you via the email address you provided or by posting a notice on the Services. If we terminate your use of the Services because you breached these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund. If we terminate the Service or your access to the Services for other reasons, you will not be entitled to any refund of the Subscription Fee.
Use of the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to use the Services for your personal and non-commercial purposes. Your use of the Services must be in accordance with all applicable laws. You may not engage in certain prohibited actions, such as using the Services for illegal purposes or violating others’ rights.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mori. Mori has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any content of third-party websites or services, privacy policies, or practices. You further acknowledge and agree that Mori shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Consent to Electronic Communications
You agree that Mori may send legal disclosures, these Terms, Privacy Policy, future changes, and other notices or communications related to the Services to you by email or by posting them on our website and mobile application. You agree to update your contact information to ensure accuracy. You may opt out of certain electronic communications, but this will not affect the legal validity of the Terms provided to and accepted by you.
Intellectual Property Rights
Mori and our licensors retain all ownership rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) worldwide to the Services, including all software and content. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly outlined in these Terms. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by Mori or other respective owners.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. Mori and our licensors disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Mental health services may involve discussing sensitive aspects of your life, potentially causing uncomfortable feelings. If you experience increased distress or thoughts of self-harm, notify your mental health provider.
Limitation of Liability

Exclusive Remedy
If you are dissatisfied with the Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services and cancel your plan.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mori is licensed and where you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have regarding the Service.
AI Model Utilization
Mori utilizes an AI model to assist in providing our Services. The AI model processes your data to offer recommendations and support. You consent to the use of your data by the AI model as described in our Privacy Policy.
